Pickup in Jaffa: Available Monday to Thursday, 10:00–15:00

Local Delivery: 35 ₪ | 4–6working days

International Delivery: 75 ₪ | 10–15 working days

(not excluding weekends and holidays)

Please note that customs duties, import taxes (including VAT), and any additional import fees vary by destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a timeframe depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that a 5% fee may be applied by the credit card company in accordance with their regulations.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
